To ensure that we allocate the most suitable staff to meet our clients objectives, we employ a 3 step “Site Personnel and Implementation Plan” which includes the following:

1. Human Resource Plan

Assessment of suitable staff with the required knowledge and skill sets to create a target number of suitable full time, part time and casual staff.

2. Recruitment

Our Management team will interview potential staff members and assess suitability in line with company standards and/or utilize new members of the company in limited circumstances. Background checks, References and Right to Work clearances are also performed prior to employment with Vital Protection Group.

3. Selection, Training and Deployment

On successful selection of suitable staff members, induction and training will commence in areas of safety, communication, site familiarization and emergency response protocols before any placement to a client venue.
