Case Study: MetCentre Sydney
Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, the MetCentre provides retail services for thousands of people each day. Located within the vicinity of Wynyard Train Station, MetCentre is conveniently utilised by many commuters to access the transport network, which brings its own set of security risks. Vital Protection Group was engaged to conduct a physical security assessment and to identify security gaps that could pose a risk to customers who frequent with retail precinct and to provide recommendations to enhance its resilience.
Case Study: Alpha Flight Services
An Emirates Group/Dnata business, Alpha Flight Services provides in flight catering and airline services to 60 airports across 12 countries. Our team was engaged to review the current emergency evacuation diagrams, fire life systems and to provide first aid training programs to key staff from multiple sites in Sydney. Being an internationally recognised business, safety and compliance is at the top of the agenda at all times.
Case Study: Mirvac
Owned by Mirvac Group and located in the CBD’s most vibrant urban and professional quarter, 60 Margaret Street boasts over 25 levels of commercial space and more than 150 spot undercover carpark. A highly active building and tenanted with well-known multi-national companies, Vital Protection Group was engaged to test it current Security, Crisis and Business Continuity framework.
This included a site visit, business analysis, physical security assessment, executive team interviews, Crisis Management and BCP review. A report of findings and recommendations was prepared and presented.
Case Study: Colliers International
Vital Protection Group was engaged to design and develop a complete emergency management plan for Colliers International at its Lane Cove commercial site. This included the development of the emergency management plan, emergency procedures, evacuation diagrams and training of staff and tenants.
Due to the minimal emergency management processes in existence at this site, a full audit of the buildings current capabilities was conducted and was redesigned to streamline the emergency response process, giving clarity of roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders.
